Health and Wellness

  1. Guided Meditation: Kristen Antunes developed a free, guided, meditation specifically for members of Saskatchewan Quits! It is 20 minutes long and might help you if you're feeling stressed, unfocused, or just need to settle your mind and body.
  2. Redefining Wellness: A four-part series with each session focusing on a unique aspect of physical and mental wellness. Jana Danielson, the founder of Lead Pilates & Fitness Centre in Saskatoon, SK., designed this series specifically for the Sask Quits community.
